      Q: How long does it take to ship?
      A: We try our best to get your order out as soon as possible! Please do allow us 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Orders are received and processed Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be received the next business day.

      Q: I have a gift card but I can't use it online. How do I use it for an online order?
      A: Unfortunately, our website does not support in-store gift cards.

      Q: When I place an order, will I receive a confirmation email?
      A: Yes. You will receive 2 emails regarding your order. The first one will be the confirmation along with your order number. The second will be an email with your tracking number. Please advise that USPS tracking numbers take up to 24-48 hours to activate.

      Q: How soon will I be refunded once I return an item?
      A: Once your package is received at our headquarters, please allow 2-3 days for the return to be processed. Once it has been processed, you will receive an email detailing the refund. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded.

      Q: I ordered an item that was in-stock online, but received an email stating that it is currently out of stock. Why?
      A: We try our best to fulfill all orders, but occasionally demand for some products is greater than expected and we have to cancel items. If you would like to substitute that canceled item for something different, we will be glad to do that. We sincerely apologize for this and hope you understand.
